We are currently investigating whether Diva Brows will be able to re-open amongst other beauty salons on that date. Please be patient for further updates & check back in our FAQ!

We can take your information and deposit payment now, then contact you once we have a stable schedule.

If you send us your booking information and $50 booking fee as of today, you will have a greater chance of being booked within the first 3-4 weeks of our re-opening!

No, the $50 will be deducted from your total amount during your check-out at Diva Brows. The booking fee is simply taken to reserve your spot and ensure your arrival at during your scheduled appointment.

Nothing, we will be rescheduling all missed appointments once we re-open.

All deposit payments are kept as credit for your soon-to-be rescheduled appointment. You may also ask for a refund, but we must inform you that clients who have paid their booking fee will be our priority booking.

If you already have an existing appointment and have already paid your $50 deposit, it would be best if you wait until we contact you! All clients whom have paid their booking fee prior to our opening will be in our Priority Rescheduling List! Online Trainings

No, all of our PHI training courses will be held online during this special time.

BoldBrows Basic $2,500 + HST = $2,825.00 PhiContour Basic $2,500 + HST = $2,825.00 Perfection Bold Brows $1,700 + HST = $1,921.00

We are partnered with iFinance Canada, one of the best financial assistance service providers in Ontario with minimum interest rates. If you choose to apply for financial assistance, you would have to pay $300 as a deposit payment for the course and finance the rest. The PhiAcademy has designed the CraftMaster application for professional PHI training courses. You will have a variety of study material available to you via this application in the format of text, images, and videos. You will also have the opportunity to directly communicate with your master and get their feedback on your progress on a daily basis.

Nothing! Each training includes a complete kit and all the tools necessary for passing the PHI courses. Your kit can be shipped to your home address. We ship to most countries worldwide (please see list at the end of the page

To complete your training, you must pass a number of levels on CraftMaster through submitting pictures of your art for Master Maryam. Levels may vary per course.

Depending on the training, you may have 3, 6 or 9 months of CraftMaster support by your Master. However, due to the pandemic, the Phi Academy has allowed the courses to be open for an unlimited amount of time.

Once we ship your kit, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Refund is only available before we send out your shipment.

BoldBrows Basic Training ONLINE

In this course, you will learn the basics of eyebrow microblading through the method of BoldBrows coined by the Phi Academy.

The BoldBrows Basic Training Online is $2,500 + HST = $2,825 CAD Or 1,500 EUR

There are 12 levels on Craftmaster for which you must submit your art for Master Mayam to pass you onto the next level.

You will be receiving the BoldBrows Kit 2.0 for your online BoldBrows Basic Training. The details of the kit are as follows:

About PhiContour Basic ONLINE

In this course, you will learn the basics of eyeliner, lip liner, and lip shading through the method of PhiContour coined by the Phi Academy.

The PhiContour Basic Training Online is $2,500 + HST = $2,825

There are 12 levels on Craftmaster for which you must submit your art for Master Mayam to pass you onto the next level.
