Refund Policy

Booking Policy

At the time of scheduling your appointment, we charge a $50 booking fee that will be deducted from your total $ during checkout. The booking fee is to reserve your time slot and to ensure that you will be attending your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

For any reason if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, as long as you contact us 3 business days prior to your appointment, then you will be able to reschedule or cancel your appointment without losing your $50 deposit.

However, if you contact us last minute, on the day, or during the weekend to cancel an appointment that is on the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, you will lose your $50 booking fee and will have to pay another booking fee of $50 if you decide to book with us again!

 

Refund Policy

  • Appointments

Diva Brows do not offer any refunds on procedures that are already done. The client is made aware of the risks associated prior to completing the procedure and consents to paying the prices listed on the consent form by signing their name & signature.

 

  • Courses (Online / In-person)

For Online courses, we offer a full refund of your money if you change your mind BEFORE we make the content of the online course available for you on Craftmaster. Please note that once you purchase the course in full payment, receive your kit, or have access to the online resources on Craftmaster, you are no longer eligible for a refund. This applies to both our online and in person training programs.

For In-person courses, you will be eligible for a partial refund if and only if you have not attended any of the 2 or 3 days of training. The partial refund includes half of the total payment of the course. When you register for the course, you pay a deposit which is half of the total of the course, to reserve your spot and kit, this amount is non-refundable.
